Description:
Patients:
This phase 2 study involved 11 metastatic urothelial carcinoma patients who had been previously treated with platinum-based chemotherapy. The median patient age was 65 years and 9 were male.

Treatment:
Patients were treated with the chemotherapy agents docetaxel and oxaliplatin.

Toxicities:
The most severe toxicities were of grade 3 and included diarrhea. Grade 1 fatigue and nerve disorders were also reported.

Results:
The median overall survival was 7 months.
