Description:
Patients:
This study involved 11 primary central nervous system lymphoma patients who had received prior chemotherapy. The median patient age was 69.8 years and 8 were male.

Treatment:
Patients were treated with the chemotherapy agent pemetrexed.

Toxicities:
There were two treatment-related deaths due to infection in this study. Grade 4 thrombocytopenia and leukopenia were also reported.

Results:
The median overall survival was 10.1 months.
