Description:
Patients:
This phase 2 study involved 37 non-small-cell lung cancer patients. The median patient age was 63 years and 23 were male.

Treatment:
Patients were treated with the chemotherapy agents pemetrexed and nab-paclitaxel.

Toxicities:
The most severe toxicities were of grade 4 and included neutropenia, leukopenia, and vomiting.

Results:
The median overall survival was 8.8 months.
