Description:
Patients:
This phase 2 study involved 37 advanced cutaneous T-cell lymphoma patients. The median patient age was 56 years and 54% were male.

Treatment:
Patients were treated with the chemotherapy agents bexarotene and doxorubicin HCl liposome injection (DLI).

Toxicities:
There was one death reported that was due to congestive heart failure. Grade 3-4 pain and neutropenia were also reported.

Results:
The median overall survival was 18 months.
