Description:
Patients:
This phase 2 study involved 8 relapsed/refractory peripheral T cell lymphoma patients with an average age of 63.3 years, 6 of whom were male.

Treatment:
Patients chemotherapy with vorinostat, the steroid hormone dexamethasone, and the biologic therapy agent lenalidomide.

Toxicities:
The most severe toxicities were grade 4 leukocytopenia, pneumonia, and thromboembolic event (blood clot).

Results:
The median overall survival was 6.7 months.
