Description:
Patients:
This phase 2 study involved 16 advanced urothelial carcinoma patients with a median age of 73.9 years; 81.3% were male.

Treatment:
Patients were treated with the chemotherapy agents nab-paclitaxel, carboplatin, and gemcitabine.

Toxicities:
The most severe toxicities were of grade 4 and included leucopenia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, and infection.

Results:
The median overall survival was 13.1 months.
