Description:
Patients:
This phase 2 study involved 42 advanced urothelial cancer patients. The median patient age was 66 years and 66.7% were male.

Treatment:
Patients received chemotherapy with pemetrexed and cisplatin.

Toxicities:
The most severe toxicities were grade 4 neutropenia and blood clots. Grade 3 infection and grade 1-2 nausea, anorexia, and fatigue were also reported.

Results:
The median progression-free survival and overall survival were 6.9 and 14.4 months, respectively.
