Description:
Patients:
This phase 2 study involved 30 glioblastoma patients who were newly diagnosed. The median patient age was 57 years and 17 were male.

Treatment:
Patients received radiation therapy, chemotherapy with temozolomide, and biologic therapy with bevacizumab.

Toxicities:
Treatment-related deaths due to infection and sudden death were reported. Grade 3/4 neutropenia, fatigue, and stroke were also reported.

Results:
The median overall survival was 16.3 months.
