Description:
Patients: This Phase II study included forty-two patients with metatistic breast cancer who previously received at least one taxane-based regimen and/or an anthracycline regimen. The median age was 54. 64% of the patients had liver metastases.

Treatment: The treatment consisted of two chemotherapy drugs (oxaliplatin and vinorelbine).

Toxicity: Toxicities included grade 3 and 4 neutropenia and grade 3-4 constipation requiring hospitalization.

Results: Overall median survival was 12.7 months.
