Sugarbaker, MD, is a pioneering mesothelioma treatment, research, and support program. The Program is focused on finding new diagnostic techniques and state-of-the-art therapies to extend the lives of mesothelioma patients. Since the Program's inception, its researchers have investigated new methods of differentiating mesothelioma from other cancers, and are continually working to develop additional diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for the disease. The Program not only enables leading researchers to gain a better understanding of mesothelioma, but it also provides families with the support they need to make crucial decisions regarding their loved ones' care.
