Treatment:
Patients received immunotherapy with a personalized peptide vaccine (PPV). The vaccine contained markers of the patients’ own cancer cells so that the immune system would be stimulated to attack those cells.

Toxicities:
The most severe toxicities were grade 4 anemia. Grade 3 leucopenia, lymphopenia, and rash were also reported.

Results:
The median overall survival was 16.4 months.
