Description:

Patients:
This phase II study involved 27 patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, 63% of whom were male. Median patient age was not given, but 41% were over the age of 60.

Treatment:
Patients were treated with the chemotherapy agents etoposide, cytarabine, oxaliplatin, as well as the steroid hormone methylprednisolone.

Toxicities:
There was one treatment-related death due to neutropenic fever. Grade 4 leukopenia, anemia, and thrombocytopenia were also reported.

Results:
The median overall survival was 15.1 months.
