Description:

Patients: This Phase II study involved 35 patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. All patients had received prior chemotherapy.

Treatment: The treatment consisted of four chemotherapy drugs – irinotecan (camptosar), oxaliplatin (eloxatin), 5-FU (adrucil) and folinic acid (leucovorin).

Toxicity: Grade 3 toxicities included: hemotologic, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, mucositis, and asthenia.

Results: Median overall survival was 15.1 months.
