This study involved 102 female ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancer patients. The median patient age was 57 years.
Patients were treated with the chemotherapy agents paclitaxel and cisplatin.
The most severe toxicities were of grade 4 and included grade 3-4 neutropenia, gastrointestinal disorders, neurologic disorders, and fatigue.
The median overall survival was 67 months.
