This phase 2 study involved 37 advanced ovarian cancer patients with a median age of 55 years.
Patients were treated with interval debulking surgery and chemotherapy with carboplatin, cisplatin, and paclitaxel.
The most severe toxicities were of grade 4 and included leukopenia, neutropenia, and nerve toxicity.
The median overall survival was 56.6 months.
