Description:

Patients:
This study involved 42 advanced urothelial cancer patients who had been previously treated with gemcitabine and platinum. The median patient age was 65 years and 76.2% were male.

Treatment:
Patients received chemotherapy with paclitaxel and cyclophosphamide.

Toxicities:
The most severe toxicities were of grade 4 and included infection, neutropenia, and anemia. Grade 1-2 alopecia and nerve toxicity were also reported.

Results:
The median overall survival was 6.3 months.
