Description:

Patients:
This study involved 86 metastatic breast cancer patients with a median age of 53 years.

Treatment:
Patients received chemotherapy with capecitabine.

Toxicities:
The most severe toxicities were of grade 4 and included grade 3-4 hand-foot skin reaction, diarrhea, and fatigue.

Results:
The median overall survival was 24 months.
