Description:

Patients:
This phase 2 study involved 59 glioblastoma patients with a median age of 54 years. No gender information was provided.

Treatment:
Patients received radiation therapy, chemotherapy with temozolomide, and biologic therapy with erlotinib and bevacizumab.

Toxicities:
There was one treatment-related death reported due to infection. Grade 4 lymphopenia, thrombocytopenia, and blood clots were also reported.

Results:
The median overall survival was 19.8 months.
