Treatment: The treatment consisted of three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy.

Toxicity: Toxicities included radiation pneumonitis (grade 2-4), dysphagia, esophageal complications, and skin toxicity. One patient died of a fatal hemorrhage and late radiotherapy toxicity could not be excluded as a cause.
