Description:

Patients: This Phase I study involved 15 women with metastatic breast cancer. All patients had received chemotherapy previously.

Treatment: The treatment consisted of administration of immunotherapy in the form of the T-cell line “TALL-104.”

Toxicity: One patient experienced grade IV nausea, vomiting, and fevers related to necrosis of hepatic metastases. Other toxicities included taste change and alithosis related to the DMSO in the cell product.

Results: Overall survival was not discussed.
